03.No verification or legal guarantee

Clarity Log does not independently verify the information you enter. Clarity Log is not legal advice and does not guarantee that your records will be legally admissible.

04.Clarity Assist & AI processing

If you use Clarity Assist, text you choose to submit may be processed by an AI service provider. Avoid submitting information you do not want processed by a third-party AI service.

05.Subscriptions & billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed through your app store or payment provider according to its terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Fees are not refundable except where required by law or the relevant store's policy.

06.Service availability

Clarity Log is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

07.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clarity Log after changes means you accept the updated terms.
